Louis and his colleague came out to a drain blocked by wet wipes in Eastwood. I couldn't praise them enough, they has all the kit required in the van. They were professional, friendly and helpful. A true pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Louis came over to offer a free estimate one hour after I called, to fix a blocked drain problem. He explored the drain shared with next door using the camera equipment, found that there was no problem there, located the main drain (which was actually hidden under the decking in our back garden), opened it up, worked out what had gone wrong, then cleared the problem with a high-pressure hose, and tidied up leaving the site spotless. The final invoice was for £150, which I thought was very reasonable, considering that he had to use very expensive equipment. He struck me as polite, expert, professional, and intelligent. I recommend him without reservation.

The lads came out and looked at the problem. Advised it needed some new drainage. We dug up the decking and the garden to find the manhole for them to save time even though we are both seniors. In total they worked about 3 hours put in new drain and gully. I then arranged for a landscape gardener to slab our garden and they found that the gutter pipe had not been connected to the main drain the gully was put in wrong . Heyday charged us £1677 originally for 2 men 2 days work plus gutter pipe. The job took 3 hours work, they didn't do the gutter pipe so I queried the price and he said it would be £1500. I was still not happy and he said parts were £400 that left £1100 for labour. We were ripped off, took us seniors to the cleaners. We have now had to pay again to have their job put right.

He is thorough, explains everything, excellent pricing, helpful, prompt, and cleans up after himself. A young kid that has no idea what he’s doing, seems a polite lad but has absolutely ripped my nan off. Had another local company Aqua Drains come out in the end to finish the job who were much better. Steer clear of Louis unless you want to waste time and money.
